What we collect
When you submit a form on this website — a contact request, a question about a property, or a request for the guide — we collect the information you type in: your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message field. That is the only personal information this website asks for.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, which we use for security and rate limiting, not for profiling.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to Rennie by email so he can respond to your request. That is their only use. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing, and we do not add you to automated mailing lists.
Emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email service that processes the message content in order to deliver it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser may store small amounts of local data strictly to make the site work, such as remembering that you have already seen the intro animation.
External links
This website links to external sites, including Rennie's home-search site, review pages, MLS listing pages, and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
